What we stand for

Integrity

We stand by our values in word and deed. We seek consistency between ideas and action. We strive to ensure that ideas match reality, and that ideas themselves are consistent. We run our business with the same Lean principles we teach our clients. We are not afraid to take a controversial stand.

Honesty

Honesty means the refusal to fake reality in any way. It also means taking the initiative to dig deeper, to understand what is really is going on and why. We owe this to ourselves, our partners, and our clients.

Respect for People

People are our most important asset, and the source of all value we provide to clients. We recognize that people need to rejuvenate, and pursue values outside of work to be at their best when they do work. We strive to provide an environment where the smartest, most creative people will want to work, play, and learn.

Respect for Clients

We listen to our clients with genuine interest and empathy. We build collaborative working relationships with mutual responsibility for success. We are trusted advisors to our clients and always act with client value in mind. We treat clients with the care and respect that they deserve.

Continuous Innovation and Improvement

We are always seeking to find new ways to generate value for our clients. We are continuously improving how we work, based on our own reflection and client feedback. We set learning goals and include opportunities for reflection into everything we do.

The Pursuit of Great Work

It is not enough to just do good work and do it well. We seek to do GREAT work, projects that truly make a difference to ourselves, our clients, and our partners. This means that we have to understand what the bigger game is - we need to have enough context to see what really matters.
