Lean Software Institute - Public Seminar Policy

1. Cancellations and substitutions

100% of the registration fee will be refunded if cancellation takes place at least 14 days before the course. 90% of the fee will be refunded if cancellation takes place from 13-7 days before the course. No refunds will be given if a cancellation occurs less than seven days before the course. Substitutions are accepted until two business days before the course.

2. Acceptance

Acceptance of registrants is at our discretion. We reserve the right to not accept someone based on the target audience specified in the seminar description. Should this occur, the course fee will either not be charged or be refunded in full.

3. Our right to cancel

We reserve the right to cancel a seminar if there is an unsufficient number of paid registrations three business days prior to the start date. An event may also be cancelled due to other unforseen circumstances. If we must cancel an event, paid registrants will receive a complete refund.

4. Parking and meals

Attendees are responsible for their own parking, although we will provide directions and parking instructions. Unless otherwise specified, full-day seminars include continental breakfast, a light lunch, and a healthy snack.
