Lean Development: Process and Product Innovation at Warp Speed

In this mini-workshop aimed at software industry executives, we will reveal management ideas and techniques used by best-in-class companies such as Toyota to accelerate innovation in product development. We have seen organizations reduce product development lead times by as much as 76% using Toyota-inspired Lean practices, and Toyota itself is known to get new cars to market in half the time with half the engineers used by its competitors.

The workshop will focus on how to apply Lean Innovation tools in a software industry facing a recession, an accelerated transition from license to subscription-based revenue models, global development across cultures and time zones, and many other challenges.

Audience:

This session is aimed at a VP-level audience in organizations with several product development teams.

You will learn how to:

  • Set clear, value-driven goals that enable maximum freedom for innovation
