Headquartered in California, the Lean Software Institute is a global management consulting firm helping organizations in the IT industry improve business performance by implementing Lean. We work with management teams to deploy Lean across all key business systems, including new product development, customer service, professional services, finance, human resources, marketing, and sales.
The Lean Software Institute was founded in San Diego in 2004 by Frode Odegard, and today is active in the US, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Germany.
